Blue Ocean Equity Partners is actively searching to acquire a cash flow positive, privately held business in the consumer, education, B2B ecommerce solution, healthcare, or service industries with revenues up to $50 million.  We seek a majority ownership position, but we are flexible and creative in tailoring our investment structure to address the distinct needs of business owners and their situations.  We assume an active, day-to-day operating role in the company we acquire, working closely with its existing management team and providing additional management resources and growth capital to help the company achieve its full potential.  We are looking for a company with many of the following characteristics:

• Revenue of $5 to $50 million
  
• EBITDA of $1 to $3 million
• Historical revenue growth greater than 5% per annum
• Industry/company growth potential greater than 10% per annum
• EBITDA margin greater than 10%
• Consistent margins and profitability
